摘要
以娜塔栎种子为试验材料,研究了不同贮藏方法、植物生长调节剂对种子萌发的影响,探讨了幼苗的生长规律及生长量的分布情况。结果表明:种子贮藏阶段,综合贮藏法的效果最好,显著高于其他3种贮藏方法,其30 d的种子生活力为92%;种子萌发阶段,6-BA、GA 3和ABT-1对娜塔栎种子发芽势均有显著影响,其中GA 3对种子发芽率有显著影响,浓度为300 mg·L^-1时,其发芽率(87.67%)和发芽势(67.33%)最高;从幼苗生长观测结果来看,娜塔栎幼苗属于平均生长型,12月下旬才停止生长;在整个生长季内,娜塔栎各器官生物量均呈逐步上升趋势,而根、叶生物量对整株生物量的贡献率呈现先升后降的趋势,说明娜塔栎幼苗前期侧重于深扎根和增加叶面积,后期着重于茎秆的生长,侧重生根。以上结果为娜塔栎在湖南长沙地区的引种繁育提供参考。
In the present work,the effects of different storage methods and plant growth regulators on seed germination were investigated with Quercus nuttallii seeds as experimental materials.Meanwhile,the growth regularity and increment distribution of seedlings were also discussed.The objective of this work is to provide the scientific evidence for the introduction and breeding of Q.nuttallii.The effect of integrated storage was the best in the stage of seed storage,which was significantly higher than the other three storage methods,and the 30-day seed vitality was 92%.In the seed germination stage,6-BA,GA 3 and ABT-1 had remarkable effects on the germination potential of Q.nuttallii seeds.Among them,GA 3 had a significant effect on the germination rate with the highest germination rate(87.67%)and germination potential(67.33%)at a concentration of 300 mg·L^-1.From the observation results of seedling growth,the growth of Q.nuttallii seedlings was average,and didn’t stop until the latter part of December.Throughout the growing season,the biomass of each organ of Q.nuttallii showed a trend of gradual increase,while the contribution of root and leaf biomass to the biomass of the whole plant increased first,and then decreased,indicating that Q.nuttallii seedlings focused on deep rooting and increasing leaf area in the early stage and on stem growth and rooting in the later stage.The above results provide a reference for the introduction and breeding of Q.nuttallii in Changsha,Hunan.
