摘要
为准确有效获取染料质量浓度参数与纺织产品染色加工活动过程中色样三刺激值测定结果之间的关系,借由运用控制变量法针对试验探究工作环节开展过程中获取的数据信息开展处理分析,最终建构形成染料质量浓度参数与纺织产品染色加工活动过程中色样三刺激值C、M,以及Y之间的非线性数学关系模型。上述数学关系模型在纺织产品染色配色加工活动中的运用,能获取较好效果。
In order to accurately and effectively obtain the relationship between dye mass concentration parameters and tristimulus values of color samples in dyeing process of textile products,By using the control variable method to process and analyze the data information obtained in the process of experimental exploration,Finally,the nonlinear mathematical relationship model between dye mass concentration parameters and three stimulus values C,m,and Y in the dyeing process of textile products was established.The application of the above mathematical relationship model in the dyeing and color matching of textile products can achieve good results.
