摘要
为解决传统太阳能光热发电真空管排气工艺能耗巨大、温度场不均匀、排气效果差等不足,研制了一种光热发电真空管用新型排气台。设备由真空、加热、自动控制三个系统联合组成,改变了传统的烘烤加热方式,利用太阳能光热发电真空管的内管作为阻性负载,采用KT晶闸管调压器作为加热电源,通过温度控制仪进行高精度温度控制,直接对内管加热。新型排气台将光热发电真空管长度方向上的控温精度保持在±5℃以内,加热能耗节约40%以上,不仅达到了高精度控温和节能的设计目的,而且整个生产工艺过程实现了全自动控制。
In order to solve the problems such as huge energy consumption,uneven temperature field and poor exhaust effect in the traditional vacuum tube exhaust process of solar photothermal power generation,a new type of exhaust platform for vacuum tube of solar photothermal power generation is developed.Such equipment is composed of systems with functions including vacuum,thermos and automatic control system,which changes the traditional baking heating mode.The inner tube of the vacuum tube of solar photothermal power generation is used as the resistive load,the KT thyristor voltage regulator is used as the thermal power supply,and the high-precision temperature control is carried out by the temperature controller to directly heat the inner tube.The temperature control accuracy of the vacuum tube in the length direction of solar photothermal power generation is kept within±5℃,and the thermal energy consumption conservation is more than 40%.It not only achieves the design purpose of high-precision temperature control and energy conservation,but also realizes the automatic control of the whole production process.
