摘要
为研究中走丝条件下,电火花线切割参数对渗碳钢20Cr材料去除率的影响,设计多因素正交试验。采用极差分析方法对线切割参数脉宽、脉停、电流进行优化,并利用最小二乘法建立材料去除率预测模型。试验结果表明:对材料去除率影响最大的因素是电流,其次是脉停;材料去除率线切割参数最优组合为脉宽40μs、脉停175μs、电流6 A;通过最小二乘法成功建立了材料去除率理论模型。试验结果为提高实际线切割20Cr材料加工效率提供了理论基础。
In order to study the effect of WEDM parameters on the removal rate of carburized steel 20Cr under the condition of medium speed wire walking,a multi-factor orthogonal experiment was designed.The range analysis method was used to optimize the pulse width,pulse stop and current of the WEDM parameters,and the material removal rate prediction model was established by using the least square method.The results show that current is the most important factor affecting material removal rate,followed by pulse stop;the optimal material removal rate parameters combination is:the pulse width is 40μs,the pulse stop is 175μs and the current is 6 A.The theoretical model of the material removal rate was established successfully by using the least square method.The experimental results provide a theoretical basis for improving the machining efficiency of 20Cr material.
