摘要
为探索闪火环境中消防服对外界热量的阻隔作用,利用传热传质和计算流体动力学原理建立三维人体和服装传热模型。通过燃烧假人系统物理试验,建立并验证裸体假人三维传热模型的有效性,确定模拟火场参数,并用于单层和多层消防服三维传热模型的建立。结果表明,消防服的胸部至膝盖部分具有良好的热防护能力,而领口、袖口及脚口等服装开口部位,由于空气对流加剧了服装内部和外界的热量交换,致使其热防护性能显著降低。多层消防服系统的表面温度低于单层消防服,具有更好降低热传递的性能,且不易达到热解温度。
To investigate the effect of firefighter's clothing on heat transfer reduction from external environment of flash fire,three-dimensional heat transfer models of human body and garments were developed based on the theories of heat and mass transfer and computational fluid dynamics.Flame manikin tests were adopted to validate nude manikin simulation,and to determine the fire field parameters.These parameters were used to establish the single and multiple layers garment models.Results indicate that the garment has good ability of thermal protective performance from knee to the lower chest.On account of the effect of fluid flow through clothing ventilation openings at collar as well as the end of sleeves and pants,more energy transfers from the external to internal environment by convection,leading to the decrease of thermal protective performance.The outer surface temperature of multiple layers clothing is lower than that of the single layer garment.The multiple layers garment shows better ability of heat transfer reduction in the fire,and more time is required to reach the thermal decomposition temperature.
