摘要
1979年在一名日本妇女的血浆中发现了抗Oka,从而确认了OK抗原的存在。1998年国际输血协会(ISBT)确认OK抗原是独立的系统抗原,系统编码024,到2019年确认该系统有3个抗原,分别是:Oka、OKGV、OKVM,3个抗原都是高频抗原。近几年来OK血型抗原在遗传学、分子生物学等方面的研究都有了很大的进展,笔者整理了过去一些不明了的理论问题,并阐述了一些新的概念,本文就最近几年来的一些研究报道,做一简要综述。
OK blood group antigen is the erythrocyte system antigen,which has three antigens.The OK antigen gene has 9 exons,and the encoding translation product is OK antigen glycoprotein,which is also a membrane differentiation antigen(CD147)and a transmembrane transporter involved in human lactate and pyruvate transport metabolism,which is one of the biochemical metabolic mechanisms of the human body.OK antigen is also a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily(IgSF),which involves in the human immune mechanism and cellular immune signaling.OK antigen is a tumor-related factor,which is directly related to tumor cells and interstitial invasion,infiltration and angiogenesis.
