摘要
目的分析来曲唑联合人绝经期促性腺激素(HMG)对多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者促排卵疗效。方法选取无锡人民医院2016年1月—2019年1月期间诊治的多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者100例,采用双盲分组法将其分为对照组与联合组,每组各50例,分别接受HMG治疗及来曲唑联合HMG治疗。比较两组患者临床妊娠、促排卵水平、不良反应及雌激素水平。结果联合组患者临床妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组患者卵泡成熟时间、HCG日子宫内膜厚度小于对照组(P<0.05),HCG≥17 mm个数多于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组患者不良反应率(10/50)略微高于对照组(8/50),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前两组患者E2、LH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后改善;联合组患者E2水平高于对照组(P<0.05),LH水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论来曲唑联合HMG治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症,可明显提升患者促排卵能力,促进妊娠,推荐使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of letrozole combined with human menopausal gonadotropin(HMG)on ovulation induction in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome related infertility.Methods 100 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome related infertility in the hospital from January,2016 to January,2019 were selected,and they were divided into two groups by double-blind methods,with 50 cases in each group.Control group received the HMG treatment,while the combined group received the letrozole and HMG.The pregnancy rate,ovulation induction level and adverse reactions were compared between groups.Results The clinical pregnancy rate of combined group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The follicular maturation time and intrauterine thickness of HGG in combined group were smaller than that in control group(P<0.05),and the proportion of HGG≥17 mm was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of combined group was slightly higher than that of control group,with no statistic difference(10/50 vs 8/50,P>0.05).There was no significant difference in E2 and LH levels between groups before treatment(P>0.05),E2 was higher and LH levels was lower in combined group than those of control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Letrozole combined with HMG in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome related infertility can significantly improve the ability of ovulation induction,and improve the rate of successful delivery,which is worthy of promotion.
