摘要
目的探讨补肾安胎汤联合地屈孕酮和间苯三酚对早期先兆流产妊娠结局及血清孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)的影响。方法选取2017年2月至2019年11月本院收治的早期先兆流产患者80例,随机分为对照组与研究组,各40例,对照组单纯使用西药治疗,研究组辅以补肾安胎汤进行治疗,观察两组妊娠结局、治疗前后中医证候积分量表评分以及性激素水平。结果两组患者治疗后保胎成功率以及再流产率比较差异无统计学意义。治疗前两组主症及伴随症状积分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后两组主症及伴随症状积分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),研究组主症及伴随症状积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组P、E2、HCG水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后两组P、E2、HCG水平均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),但两组P、E2、HCG水平比较差异无统计学意义。结论补肾安胎汤联合地屈孕酮和间苯三酚可有效治疗早期先兆流产,明显减轻患者临床症状,改善体内激素水平,有利于胚胎发育,进而提高保胎成功率,改善妊娠结局,具有重要的推广价值。
Objective To explore the influence of Bushen Antai Decoction plus dydrogesterone and phloroglucinol on pregnancy outcomes,serum progesterone(P),estradiol(E2)and β-human choriogonadotropin(β-HCG)for early threatened abortion patients.Methods 80 early threatened abortion patients treated from February 2017 to November 2019 in our hospital were selected and randomly assigned to two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine alone,and the research group was supplemented by Bushen Antai Decoction.The pregnancy outcomes,scores of TCM syndrome scale and serum hormone levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the success rate and re-abortion rate after treatment between the two groups.There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of main symptoms and accompanying symptoms between the two groups before treatment;the scores of main symptoms and accompanying symptoms after the treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the main symptoms and accompanying symptoms of the study group were significantly lower In the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of P,E2 and HCG between the two groups before treatment;the levels of P,E2 and HCG after the treatment were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in P,E2 and HCG levels between the two groups after treatment.Conclusion Bushen Antai Decoction plus dydrogesterone and phloroglucinol can greatly relieve the clinical symptoms,and improve the hormone levels,embryonic development,fetus protection rate and pregnancy outcomes.It is of great importance in clinical practice.
