摘要
目的:探讨使用腹腔镜下阑尾切除术治疗急性阑尾炎对患者各项手术指标及术后切口疼痛程度的影响。方法:选取近几年常州市新北区奔牛人民医院收治的60例急性阑尾炎患者作为研究对象。随机将这些患者分为镜下组和传统组。为镜下组患者使用腹腔镜下阑尾切除术进行治疗,为传统组患者使用开腹阑尾切除术进行治疗。然后观察两组患者各项手术指标的水平及术后切口疼痛的程度。结果:治疗后,镜下组患者术中的出血量少于传统组患者,其手术耗时长于传统组患者,其术毕至肛门排气的时间及术毕至进食的时间均短于传统组患者,其术后不同时间切口疼痛的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及术后并发症的发生率均低于传统组患者,P<0.05。结论:使用腹腔镜下阑尾切除术治疗急性阑尾炎对患者造成的创伤较小,其术后切口疼痛的程度较轻,其康复的速度较快,并发症的发生率较低。
Objective:To investigate the effect of laparoscopic appendectomy for acute appendicitis on various surgical indicators and postoperative incision pain.Methods:60 patients with acute appendicitis admitted to The People’s Hospital of Running Cattle in Xinbei District of Changzhou in recent years were selected as the research objects.These patients were randomly divided into the endoscopic group and the conventional group.Laparoscopic appendectomy was performed for patients in the endoscopic group,and open appendectomy was performed for patients in the traditional group.Then the level of various surgical indicators and the degree of postoperative incision pain were observed in the two groups.Results:after treatment,the microscopic perioperative blood loss in patients less than the traditional group of patients,the surgery time is longer than the traditional group of patients,its the time and never put off till tomorrow what you can to the anus exhaust to finish to eat of time are short of traditional group of patients,postoperative incision pain with different time of the visual analogue scale(VAS)score and the incidence of postoperative complications were lower than the traditional group of patients,P<0.05.Conclusion:Laparoscopic appendectomy for the treatment of acute appendicitis causes less trauma,the degree of postoperative incision pain is less,the recovery speed is faster,the incidence of complications is low.
