摘要
加强创新创业的师资培养是增强高职院校创新创业教育质量的关键。结合高职院校创新创业师资的现状,分析创新创业师资培养面临师资配备不足、教育理念滞后、实践经验缺乏、评价机制不健全等问题,提出要积极构建多元化复合型师资队伍,建立健全双创教师考评和激励机制,开展校企合作形成创新创业导师库,利用“互联网+双创”充分整合资源,营造“以赛促创、以赛促学”的氛围。
Strengthening teacher training for innovation and entrepreneurship is the key to enhancing the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.Based on the current situation of teachers for innovation and entrepreneurship in higher vocational colleges,this study summarizes the problems faced by teachers for innovation and entrepreneurship in higher vocational colleges,such as inadequate teacher allocation,lagging educational concept,lack of practical experience,and unsound evaluation mechanism.In addition,it is suggested that higher vocational colleges should actively build a diversified and compound faculty,establish and improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism of teachers for entrepreneurship and innovation,carry out school-enterprise cooperation to form a library of mentors for innovation and entrepreneurship,make full use of"Internet+entrepreneurship and innovation"to integrate resources,and create an atmosphere of"promoting innovation and learning through competition".
