摘要
旨在研究不同浓度硫化氢对断奶仔猪生长性能及免疫性能的影响。选取平均体质量为(11.25±1.01)kg的断奶仔猪(杜×长×大)24头,随机分为4个处理组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头仔猪。将各个处理组分别置于环境控制仓内,硫化氢含量控制为0,5,10,15 mg/m3。预试期7 d,正式期28 d。每周记录采食量及体质量,试验结束后取前腔静脉采血并分离血清,ELISA法测定IgA、IgM、IgG、BAX、Bcl-2、Caspase-3、Caspase-8、Caspase-9、MDA和SOD等指标。结果显示:与对照组相比,各处理组仔猪日增质量极显著降低(P<0.01);处理组腹泻率增高、粪便评分降低;粗蛋白的表观消化率显著下降(P<0.05);粗纤维、粗脂肪、总能、钙和磷的表观消化率均低于对照组(P>0.05);处理组IgG与IgM含量存在降低趋势(P>0.05),其中试验3组血清中IgA含量显著降低(P<0.05);试验组IL-4和IL-6含量升高,且试验3组显著升高(P<0.05);TNF-α略有降低(P>0.05);处理组Bcl-2含量升高,其中试验2、3组显著增加(P<0.05);各试验组Caspase-3、Caspase-8和Caspase-9含量下降,试验3组Caspase-8与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05);试验2组Caspase-9显著下降(P<0.05);处理组BAX含量有下降趋势(P>0.05);处理组MDA含量升高,且试验3组显著升高(P<0.05);SOD活性降低,且试验2组极显著降低(P<0.01)。结果表明硫化氢胁迫导致仔猪生长性能下降、免疫性能受损并且引发机体发生炎症反应。
The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of different concentrations of hydrogen sulfide on growth performance and immune performance of weaned piglets.24 weaned piglets average relative body quality(11.25±1.01 kg)were selected and randomly divided into 4 treatment groups with 6 replicates in each group and 1 piglet per replicate.They were housed in 4 separate environmental control cabins.The average concentrations of ammonia were 0,5,10 and 15 mg/m^3 and the trial period was 4 weeks.The feed intake and body weight were recorded weekly.After the end of the experiment,blood was collected from the anterior vena cava and serum was separated.IgA,IgM,IgG,BAX,Bcl-2,Caspase-3,Caspase-8,Caspase-9,MDA,SOD and other indicators were determined by ELISA.The results showed that compared with the control group,the daily quality gain of the weaned piglets in each treatment group was significantly lower(P<0.01);the diarrhea rate of the treatment group increased,the fecal score decreased,and the mortality of each group under the test concentration was 0;apparent digestibility of crude protein decreased significantly(P<0.05);apparent digestibility of crude fiber,ether extract,total energy,calcium and phosphorus were lower than the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);the serum IgA content in the three groups of piglets was significantly decreased(P<0.05);the IgG and IgM content in the treatment group decreased(P>0.05);the IL-4 and IL-6 levels in the experimental group increased.The group 3 was significantly increased(P<0.05);TNF-αwas slightly decreased,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05);the treatment group had elevated Bcl-2 content,and the group 2 and 3 were significant increase(P<0.05).The contents of Caspase-3,Caspase-8 and Caspase-9 were decreased in each experimental group.Among them,the Caspase-8 of the 3 groups was significantly different from the control group(P<0.05);The Caspase-9 of the group 2 was significantly decreased(P<0.054);there was a downward trend in BAX content,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05));the content of MDA increased,and the group 3 was significantly increased(P<0.05);SOD activity decreased,and the group 2 was significantly decreased(P<0.01).Hydrogen sulfide treatment leads to decreased growth performance,impaired immune performance and stimulated inflammation in the body.
