摘要
基于人的全面发展理论建立人才多元评价体系是解决当前高校教师职称评审标准单一问题的必由之路,多元评价为教师专业技术职务晋升提供多元途径,有助于提升教师专业发展获得感,实现学校、教师和学生三方共赢.职称评审多元评价综合考虑高校人才培养、科研、社会服务的功能需求,设计了教学型、研究型、教学与科研并重型、教学与社会服务并重型等多类评价方式.在多元评价体系构建中,充分考虑多元评价标准的科学性、多元评价价值感的一致性和多元评价结果的公平性等问题.以教学型为例构建模糊综合评价模型,算例表明,模型区分度高、可操作性强并适用于多元评价途径.
To establish the multi-evaluation system of talents,based on the theory of all-round development of human beings,is the only way to solve the problem of single evaluation standard as for title evaluation in colleges,which not only provides multiple ways for teachers’professional and technical promotion,but also helps to enhance teachers’sense of professional development,and thus,achieving a win-win situation among schools,teachers and students.The multi-evaluation system for the title evaluation takes into account the functional needs of personnel training,scientific research and social services in colleges,and then the multiple evaluation approaches of teaching,scientific research,teaching and social service,teaching and scientific research are designed.The scientific nature of multi-evaluation criteria,the consistency of multi-evaluation sense of value,and the fairness of multi-evaluation results have been fully considered in the construction of multi-evaluation system,and an evaluation approach of teaching has been taken as an example to build the evaluation model.The example shows that the model has high discrimination degree,strong operability and is suitable for multiple evaluation approaches.
