摘要
研究了CAP1400核电反应堆一回路系统管道弯制过程中的主要关键工艺,包括中频弯管的临时推管设置、推进速度、冷却方式优化等以及固溶热处理,并提出管道弯制成形后的检验和验收以及弯制过程中的质量控制。
Investigates main critical process of the CAP1400 nuclear power reactor coolant system pipe bending,including setting of temporary pipe of medium-frequency bending,impeling speed,optimization of cooling way,solution treatment,also put forwards the inspecting and accepting of pipe bended and the quality control of bending process.
