摘要
通过改变氧化锑的含量,分析不同含量对氧化锌电阻片电位梯度、泄漏电流等性能的影响。氧化锑在烧结过程中与氧化锌可以形成尖晶石相,可以抑制氧化锌晶粒尺寸的大小,进而调整电阻片电位梯度。在传统五元配方体系中,通过改变氧化锑的增加,电阻片收缩率逐渐增大,致密度逐渐增加;掺杂适量的氧化锑可以提高电位梯度,降低泄漏电流;掺杂过量的氧化锑会降低电位梯度。
By changing the content of antimony oxide,the effects of different content on the properties of ZnO resistors such as potential gradient and leakage current were analyzed.Antimony oxide can form spinel phase with zinc oxide during sintering process,which can suppress the grain size of zinc oxide and adjust the potential gradient of the Zn O resistors.By changing the increase of antimony oxide in the traditional five-element formulation system,the shrinkage and density of the resistor gradually increased.Doping proper amount of antimony oxide can increase the potential gradient and reduce the leakage current of ZnO resistors.Doping too much antimony oxide can reduce the potential gradient of ZnO resistors.
