3个柑橘品种幼苗对低温胁迫的生理响应及其抗寒性评价 被引量:12

Physiological response and evaluation of cold resistance of three citrus varieties seedlings under low temperature stress

摘要 为研究柑橘在低温胁迫下的生理响应并评价其抗寒性,以城固县地方特色品种‘冰糖橘’和‘朱红橘’,以及引进品种‘砂糖橘’的幼苗叶片为试验材料,分析-2℃处理6 d的植株形态和生理指标的变化,并利用隶属函数法和主成分分析进行抗寒性综合评价。结果表明:随着低温胁迫时间的延长,3个柑橘品种幼苗叶片的相对电导率、丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量、过氧化物酶活性整体表现为升高趋势;相对含水量、Fv/Fm、抗坏血酸含量、还原型谷胱甘肽含量、过氧化氢酶活性整体表现为下降趋势,总叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量均呈先下降后升高的趋势。隶属函数综合分析表明,3个柑橘品种的抗寒能力由强到弱依次为‘朱红橘’>‘冰糖橘’>‘砂糖橘’。主成分分析表明,相对电导率、相对含水量、可溶性糖含量和过氧化氢酶活性具有较强的代表性,可作为柑橘抗寒性分析的重要指标。 In order to study the physiological response of citrus and evaluate its cold resistance under low temperature stress,the special varieties of Chenggu’Bingtangju’and’Zhuhongju’as well as the seedlings leaves of introduced varieties of’Shatangju’were used as experimental materials.The changes of plant morphology and physiological indexes were analyzed when citrus were treated with-2℃for 6 days.Meantime the method of subordinate function and principal components analysis were used to comprehensive evaluation of cold resistance.The results showed that the relative conductivity,the content of malondialdehyde,soluble sugar,proline and peroxidase activity of the leaves of the three citrus varieties seedlings all exhibited an increasing trend with the extension of the low temperature stress.However,the contents of relative water,Fv/Fm,ascorbic acid and reduced glutathione content as well as catalase activity all showed a decrease trend.Additionally,total chlorophyll and carotenoid all decreased first and then increased trend.The comprehensive analysis of subordinate function showed that the order of cold resistance in the three citrus varieties is’Zhuhongju’>’Bingtangju’>’Shatangju’.Principal component analysis showed that the relative conductivity,the contents of relative water,soluble sugar and catalase activity are highly representative,and can be used as several important indicators for cold resistance analysis of citrus.
