摘要
国家能源菏泽发电有限公司三期工程2×330MW燃煤发电机组采用SCR脱硝装置、三分仓回转式空气预热器。在运行过程中出现较严重的堵塞现象,引起风烟系统多种缺陷,严重时影响机组出力。本文分析了空预器差压高的原因,并结合原因分析提出了提高SCR装置入口烟温、优化喷氨调门减少氨逃逸、优化吹灰参数、选用标准的锅炉燃料设计煤种、卸灰装置升级改造等有针对性的解决方案。由于SCR脱硝系统在国内广泛应用,本文对同类型的问题有一定的参考价值。
The 2×330 MW coal-fired generating unit for Phase III project of National Energy Heze Power Generation Co.,Ltd.adopts SCR denitration device and tri-sector rotary air preheater.A serious blockage has occurred during its operation,causing various defects in the air and flue gas system,and even affecting the output of the unit in severe cases.This article analyzes the causes for high differential pressure of the air preheater,and accordingly puts forward some targeted solutions,such as improving the flue gas temperature at the inlet of the SCR device,optimizing the ammonia injection governing valve to reduce ammonia escape,optimizing the ash blowing parameters,selecting standard design coal for boiler fuel,and upgrading and transforming the ash discharging device.Since the SCR denitration system is widely used in China,this article has certain reference value for the same type of problems.
