摘要
以我国近十年来的食(药)用菌产量前五大品种香菇、平菇、黑木耳、双孢蘑菇和金针菇为研究对象,探讨了这些食药用菌的中、英文名称和拉丁学名的变更,提出了加强专业性和规范性的食药用菌名称翻译策略。促进了我国食药用菌的对外交流和科技发展。
In this paper,the top five varieties of edible and medicinal fungi in China in the past ten years,Lentinus edodes,Pleurotus ostreatus,Auricularia auricula,Agaricus bisporus and Flammulina velutipes,were taken as the research objects.The changes of their Chinese and English names and Latin scientific names were discussed,and the translation strategies of their names were put forward.It has promoted the foreign exchange and scientific and technological development of edible and medicinal fungi in China.
