摘要 科学技术一直以来是食用菌产业发展的根基和动力,也是乡村振兴背景下助力脱贫攻坚的重要依托,并直接关系到我国在2020年全面建成小康社会的进程。以清丰县食用菌产业发展状况及食用菌立体栽培新技术推广为例,从菇农增产增效、改善农村居民收入结构、加强农村地区基础设施建设及生态发展状况,对食用菌新技术推广助力乡村振兴的成效进行实证分析。为全国食用菌新技术推广提供借鉴。 Science and technology has always been the foundation and driving force for the development of the edible fungi industry.It is also an important support for poverty alleviation under the background of rural revitalization,and is directly related to the process of China’s comprehensive construction of a well-off society in 2020.Taking the development status of edible fungus industry in Qingfeng county and the promotion of new technology of edible fungus three-dimensional cultivation as an example,it can help the promotion of new technology of edible fungus from the aspects of increasing production and efficiency of mushrooms,improving the income structure of rural residents,strengthening infrastructure construction and ecological development in rural areas.Empirical analysis of the effect of new edible fungi technology promotion in promoting rural revitalization.Provide reference for the promotion of the new technology of edible fungi nationwide.
