摘要
受贸易保护主义影响、逆全球化趋势持续发酵、新一轮产业革命和科技革命催化、部分国家生产要素成本变化、不可预期的突发疫情、自然灾害等因素影响,全球供应链变局加速演进,呈现出链条逐步缩短、生产本地化、区域化、碎片化、数字化等趋势。从不利影响看,全球供应链格局调整,将给我国在全球供应链中的地位带来巨大的冲击。我国必须要积极应对,通过高质量共建“一带一路”、开展产业基础能力攻关、培育具有供应链整合能力的跨国企业、加强国际供应链合作等,稳固提升我国在全球供应链中的竞争优势。
Affected by factors such as the rising tide of protectionism and anti-globalization,the acceleration of a new round of technological revolution and industrial change,changes in the cost of production factors in some countries,unpredictable emergencies,and natural disasters,the global supply chain pattern is undergoing subversive changes,showing the trend of gradually shortening the chain,localization of production,regionalization,fragmentation,and digitization.From the perspective of adverse effects,the adjustment of the global supply chain structure will have a huge impact on China's position in the global supply chain.We must actively respond by stabilizing and enhancing China's advantages in the global supply chain through high-quality co-construction of the Belt and Road,development of industrial basic capabilities,cultivation of multinational companies with supply chain integration capabilities,and strengthening of international supply chain cooperation.
