摘要
发S是以五丰B/BL122为母本、五丰B/粤新占2号//粤丰B为父本进行杂交,在F4代中发现1个不育变异单株,然后通过系谱法选育而成的光温敏核不育系。该不育系起点温度较低、异交结实率高、剑叶短小,与三系恢复系配组具有明显的杂种优势且制种播差期小,2016年10月通过广东省种子管理总站组织的专家技术鉴定。
Fa S,derived from the cross between Wufeng B/BL122 as the female and Wufeng B/Yuexinzhan 2//Yuefeng B as the male,was a new photoperiod-and thermo-sensitive genic male sterile(PTGMS)line in rice,developed from a single male sterile mutant plant in one of the lines of the F4 generation by pedigree selection.It is characteristic of complete and stable male sterility with low critical temperature,high outcrossing rate,short flag leaf,little difference from three-line restorer lines in sowing time in hybrid seed production and significant heterosis in its hybrid combinations with three-line restorer lines.In October,2016,it was technically identified by Guangdong Seed Management Station.
