摘要
根据薄煤层支架特殊负载结构设计条件,以高产高效、安全生产和高可靠性为目的,进行液压支架的制造流程探索和液压缸技术研究。对大工作阻力薄煤层液压支架制造的特点、难点进行分析,对液压支架的立柱、千斤顶关键技术进行研究,完成ZY9000/11/22D液压支架的液压缸加工制造,为类似大工作阻力薄煤层液压支架的制造加工提供参考。
According to the design conditions of the special load structure of the thin coal seam support,for the prupose of high production efficiency,safety production and high reliability, the manufacturing process of the hydraulic support and the technical research of the hydraulic cylinder were carried out. The characteristics and difficulties of the manufacture of the hydraulic support for the thin coal seam with large working resistance were analyzed. The key technologies of the column and jack of the hydraulic support are studied,and the manufacture of the hydraulic cylinder of the ZY9000/11/22 d hydraulic support was completed,which provides a reference for the manufacture of the similar hydraulic support for the thin coal seam with large working resistance.
