摘要
在分析卡块式接链环结构特征和运行工况、研究联接螺栓断裂原因的基础上,提出定位卡块结构改进方案,通过增加弹性非金属介质,有效防止螺栓断裂,提高接链环工作可靠性。
Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics and operating conditions of the chain lock connector and the study of the fracture reasons of the connecting bolt,the improvement scheme of the structure of the locating block was put forward. By adding the elastic nonmetallic medium,effectively prevent the bolt from breaking and improve the reliability of the connecting ring.
