摘要 铝合金材料易受服役环境影响产生点蚀,通过对铝合金的点蚀坑深度、点蚀密度、点蚀电位、点蚀模型等点蚀评价指标的深入分析,剖析了目前铝合金在自然环境中的点蚀特征。分析了晶粒大小以及溶解氧、温度、pH值等环境因素对铝合金点蚀行为的影响,探讨了铝合金点蚀对腐蚀疲劳寿命的影响以及预防铝合金点蚀行为的方法,指出如何合理安全地解决铝合金点蚀是研究人员不断努力的方向。总结了铝合金的点蚀行为特征,可为铝合金腐蚀行为及其寿命研究提供理论基础。 The aluminum alloy material is susceptible to pitting corrosion in the service environments. The current pitting characteristics of aluminum alloy was analyzed in the natural environment via understanding the pitting evaluation indexes such as pitting depth,pitting density,pitting potential and pitting model of aluminum alloy. The effects of grain sizes and the environmental factors such as dissolved oxygen,service temperature and p H value on the pitting behaviors of aluminum alloy were analyzed. The influences of pitting corrosion on corrosion fatigue life and the method of preventing pitting corrosion of aluminum alloy were discussed as well. It would be the long-term goal for the researchers to solve the corrosion of aluminum alloys pitting reasonably and safely. The theoretical foundation for the study of corrosion behavior and the corrosion life of aluminum alloy was founded by summarizing the pitting behaviors of aluminum alloys.
