手机视频反馈法在见习护生临床护理操作教学中的应用 被引量:13

摘要 目的评价手机视频反馈法在临床护理操作教学中的应用效果。方法采用非随机对照试验方法,选择2019年3月—5月在本院临床见习的34名护理本科生为对照组,在临床护理操作技能见习教学中,采取教师示范-护生完成操作-操作后老师点评和总结的教学模式,见习后要求护生复习课本后书写反思日记;选择2019年6月—8月在本院临床见习的34名护理本科生为试验组,教学模式同对照组相同,但在护生完成操作的过程中,利用护生自己的手机拍摄记录自身操作过程,见习后要求护生回放观看操作视频2~3遍并书写反思日记。临床见习培训10周后,选取口腔护理和皮下注射作为操作考核项目,两组护生采取抽签方式抽取其中一项进行考核并了解试验组护生对教学方法的反馈情况。结果试验组护生两项操作考核成绩均高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。70.59%以上试验组护生对手机视频反馈法在提高护理操作的学习兴趣、增强操作技能的熟练掌握程度、提高自身思维能力、提高自主学习能力等10个方面均认可,其中提高操作的记忆力、提高语言沟通能力、增强操作熟练程度方面均得到100.0%护生的认可。结论在临床护理操作见习教学中,应用手机视频反馈法可提高护生的护理操作水平,从而提高基础护理操作见习教学效果。 Objective To evaluate the effect of mobile video feedback on the clinical nursing probation teaching.Methods A non-randomized controlled method was used to recruit the nursing undergraduates who were on clinical probation in West China Hospital.Thirty-four students from Mar.to May 2019 were recruited were set as the control group,in which the teaching model was composed of three parts:demonstration by teachers,practice by the students,feedback by teachers.After the probation,the students were required to review textbooks and submit a report to review the operations.Another thirty-four students were recruited as mobile video feedback group(video group)from Jun.to Aug.2019,in which the students were required to record their nursing operation process by mobile phone.After probation,they were asked to review the video for 2-3 times and also submit a report.After 10 weeks of clinical probation training,nursing skill levels of the students were assessed by oral care or subcutaneous injection by drawing lots.Results The video group get significantly better exam results than that of the control group did in both operations(P<0.05).More than 70.59%of the nursing students in the video group were recognized in 10 aspects such as improving the learning interest in nursing operation,enhancing the proficiency of operation skills and improving their thinking ability and self-learning ability.Among them,100.0%of the nursing students in the video group believed that there were improvements in the operation memory,communication ability and operation proficiency.Conclusions In the clinical nursing probation teaching,mobile video feedback can improve the operation level of nursing students and improve the teaching effect of basic nursing practice.
