摘要
目的分析依诺肝素在骨科手术中预防血栓形成的效果。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2020年1月如皋市中医院收治的骨科手术患者102例为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组(51例)应用利伐沙班干预治疗和观察组(51例)应用依诺肝素干预治疗,分析血栓预防效果以及血流动力学指标变化。结果观察组患者出血和血肿以及次要出血等不良反应率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术中静脉血栓发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前两组患者血流动力学指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组患者血红蛋白含量等血流动力指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后两组患者临床血流指标均优于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨科手术患者进行依诺肝素干预治疗,促进患者血流指标稳定,有效预防血栓形成,降低患者不良反应发生率,进而提升手术安全性。
Objective To analyze the effect of enoxaparin on prevention of thrombosis in orthopaedic surgery.Methods Totally 102 orthopedic patients in Rugao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2020 were different treatments selected as the observation objects,51 cases in the control group were treated with rivaroxaban intervention,51 cases in the observation group were treated with enoxaparin intervention,and the effects of thrombus prevention and hemodynamic indexes were analyzed.Results The adverse reaction rate of bleeding,hematoma and secondary bleeding in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the incidence of intraoperative venous thrombosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in hemodynamic indexes between the two groups before intervention,with no statistical significance(P>0.05);the intervention group The haemoglobin content and other hemodynamic indexes of the patients were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the intervention,the clinical blood flow indexes of the two groups were better than before the intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Enoxaparin can promote the stability of blood flow index,prevent thrombosis,reduce the adverse reaction rate and improve the safety of operation.
