摘要
色素沉着是发生在面部色素代谢异常的一种顽固性皮肤病,其发病机制复杂多样,黑色素的异常积聚是人类皮肤发生色素沉着的主要原因。传统治疗皮肤色素沉着的方法不良反应多,病人顺应差。中药在治疗和预防皮肤色素沉着方面具有良好效果,其安全可靠、不良反应小,在改善皮肤色素沉着方面具有广阔的应用前景。该文综述了黑色素合成及中药影响黑色素合成的主要过程,以期阐明中药改善皮肤色素沉着的主要机制,为研究开发治疗色素沉着类药物提供参考。
Pigmentation is a refractory skin disease that occurs in the face of abnormal pigment metabolism. The pathogenesis is complex and diverse. The abnormal accumulation of melanin is the main cause of pigmentation in human skin. Traditional methods of treating skin pigmentation have a variety of adverse reactions,and the patients’ response is poor. Traditional Chinese medicine has good effects in the treatment and prevention of skin pigmentation,it is safe,reliable,and has small adverse reactions. It has broad application prospects in improving skin pigmentation. This article reviews the melanin synthesis and the main process of melanin synthesis by traditional Chinese medicine,in order to clarify the main mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine to improve skin pigmentation,and provide a reference for the research and development of pigmentation drugs.
