摘要
加拿大医学高等教育和科研水平位居世界前列,与大学科研实验室的规范化管理及高效运行密切相关。现以麦吉尔大学人工细胞与器官研究中心为例,从实验室硬件设施建设、信息化管理、管理措施、团队人员管理等多方面分析其医学科研实验室建设和管理的特点,希望对国内医学高校实验室的建设和管理提供借鉴。
The level of medical higher education and scientific research in Canada is in the forefront of the world,which is closely related to the standardized management and efficient operation of university research laboratories.Taking the artificial cell and organ research center of McGill University as an example,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the construction and management of medical research laboratories from the aspects of laboratory hardware facilities construction,information management,management measures,team management and so on,hoping to provide reference for the construction and management of domestic medical university laboratories.
