摘要
文章以“现代造船模式”、“造船生产计划管理”、“精益造船”等理论为指导原则,针对生产前准备计划管理现状和存在问题进行研究分析,结合企业精益造船生产计划管理的实践,通过对生产前物资计划的集成应用研究,优化和完善企业生产计划管理体系,为企业提升和加强产前策划能力和计划管控力提供一种技术应用手段。
Based on the theories of“modern shipbuilding mode”,“shipbuilding production planning management”and“lean shipbuilding”,the paper studies and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of pre-production preparation planning management.Combining with the practice of lean shipbuilding production planning management in enterprises,the enterprise production planning management system is optimized and completed through the integrated application research of pre-production material planning.It provides a technical application means for enterprises to enhance and strengthen prenatal planning ability and planning control power.
