摘要
目的分析炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合吡格列酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征伴糖尿病不孕的应用效果。方法该研究选取2018年2月—2019年12月该院收治的多囊卵巢综合征伴糖尿病不孕患者共58例,随机分组,对照组给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合二甲双胍,观察组给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合吡格列酮。比较治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后的体重指数水平、内分泌指标睾酮等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合吡格列酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征伴糖尿病不孕的应用效果确切。
Objective To analyze the effect of ethinylestradiol cyproterone combined with pioglitazone in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with diabetic infertility.Methods In this study,a total of 58 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and diabetic infertility admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly assigned.The control group was given ethinylestradiol cyprogesterone combined with metformin,and the observation group was given ethinylestradiol cyprogesterone combined with pioglitazone.Compare the treatment results of the two groups.Results The level of body mass index and the endocrine index of testosterone in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ethinylestradiol cyproterone combined with pioglitazone is effective in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with diabetic infertility.
