摘要
传统生物标本制作技术较为繁琐,标本造型比较单调,缺乏创新性和时代感。基于大量生物标本制作实践及多年参加安徽省大学生生物标本制作大赛的经验,对生物标本的制作工艺如剥制标本填充技术、骨骼标本的透明化染色技术进行改进,并且对不同生物标本重新组合,对单型、生态型、对比型、辅助型组合标本的实例和功能进行阐述。
Traditional stuffing methods of biological specimens are complicated,and specimens are relatively monotonous,lack of innovation and sense of the times.Based on practical operation and experience in participating in Anhui college student biological specimen making competition,Improvement was made in the specimen filling technology and transparent skeleton specimen production technology.To reassemble different biological specimens,the example and functions of monotype,ecotype,contrast type and auxiliary type composite specimens are described.
