基于文献计量学的老年医学教育研究现状和热点分析 被引量:2

The current situation and hotspot analysis of geriatric medical education based on bibliometrics

摘要 随着我国老年人口激增,老龄化加剧,随之而来的医疗、护理问题已经成为严峻的社会问题,但现阶段我国老年医学教育发展相对滞后。本文以中国知网全文数据库(CNKI)和万方数据库1988年至2019年收录的与老年医学教育相关的280篇文献为研究对象,利用Citespace软件绘制知识图谱,并进行可视化分析。结果显示,老年医学教育研究近年来有所增长,但受限于我国医科院校的专业设置,老年医学教育研究仍未形成规模化、专业化的研究趋势。同时,人文教育、叙事医学及跨专业教育与老年医学教育存在较大的互补性。 With the aging in China getting seriously,the elderly population surged in these years.Therefore,the development of geriatric education can't meet the demand of the aging society.Using the full-text database(CNKI)and Wanfang database from 1988 to 2019,the total 280 articles related to geriatric education as the research object were included.Citespace software was approached to establish the knowledge mapping and visualization analysis.It was found that papers with the theme of geriatric education got faster increases in these years.Limited by the professional discipline setting in medical colleges and universities in China,the geriatric education research still has not formed the trend of collectivization and specialization.At the same time,humanistic education,narrative medicine and interprofessional education are complementary to geriatrics education.
