摘要
建筑全生命周期健康检测过程中,存在建筑三维模型重构效果不清晰和重构成本过高的问题,为此提出基于三维激光扫描的建筑全生命周期健康检测方法。采用三维激光扫描仪采集并处理建筑测量数据,通过优化处理点云数值将离散点拟合为曲面,获取高精度绿色建筑三维模型,完成绿色建筑全生命周期信息化管理。将这些信息用于绿色建筑全生命周期健康检测的初始过程以及规划过程,并且依据2个过程的检测结果,通过后续的施工过程、运用过程以及完成过程共同实现绿色建筑全生命周期的健康检测,同时在检测过程中采用全生命周期成本理论分析方法,确保绿色建筑全生命周期的成本最小化。结果表明,该方法检测绿色建筑坐标信息精度高、重构建筑三维模型清晰,且可降低建筑全生命周期的增量成本。
In the process of building life cycle health detection,there are some problems such as unclear reconstruction effect of building 3 D model and high reconstruction cost.Therefore,a method of building life cycle health detection based on 3 D laser scanning is proposed.The 3 D laser scanner is used to collect and process building measurement data,and discrete points are fitted to surface by optimizing point cloud value to obtain high-precision 3 D model of green building,and complete the full life cycle of green building information management.The information is used in initial process and planning process of green building life cycle health inspection.On the basis of test results of two process,by subsequent construction process,using process and complete process,the full life cycle of green building health test is realized.Also,the full life cycle cost theory analysis method is used in the process to ensure that the cost is minimized.The results show that this method has high precision in coordinate information of green building,clear 3 D model of building construction,and can reduce incremental cost of full life cycle of building.
