摘要
目的分析超声引导的动脉穿刺置管术在临床麻醉教学中的应用效果。方法选择新疆医科大学2014级麻醉学专业2个班本科生共106名作为研究对象,根据不同教学方法分为1和2班各53名,1班应用传统教学方法,2班应用超声引导教学方法,对比两组学生的动脉穿刺置管术成功率、动脉穿刺置管术操作的并发症发生率以及教学满意度。结果2班学生的动脉穿刺置管术成功率高于1班(P<0.05);2班学生动脉穿刺置管术操作的并发症发生率低于1班(P<0.05);2班学生的教学满意度评分高于1班(P<0.05)。结论超声引导的动脉穿刺置管术在临床麻醉教学中的应用效果显著,且能在一定程度上降低并发症发生率,满意度评价高,对提高临床麻醉教学质量具有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the application effect of ultrasound-guided arterial puncture and catheterization in clinical anesthesia teaching.Methods A total of 106 undergraduate students from 2 classes of anesthesiology major of Xinjiang Medical University were selected as the research objects.According to different teaching methods,they were divided into 1 and 2 classes of 53 students.The first class applied traditional teaching methods and the second class applied ultrasound-guided teaching.The success rate of arterial puncture and catheterization,the incidence of complications of arterial puncture and catheterization,and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups of students.Results The success rate of arterial puncture and catheterization in class 2 students was higher than that in class 1(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in arterial puncture and catheterization operation in class 2 students was lower than Class 1(P<0.05);the teaching satisfaction score of students in Class 2 is higher than Class 1(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ultrasound-guided arterial puncture and catheterization in clinical anesthesia teaching is significant,and it can reduce the incidence of complications to a certain extent,and has a high satisfaction evaluation.It is of great significance to improve the quality of clinical anesthesia teaching.
