摘要
西藏民主改革60年来,西藏高校体育经历了快速起步期(1959—1965年)、缓慢发展期(1966—1976年)、全面快速发展期(1977—1994年)、全面改革期(1995—2008年)、繁荣发展期(2008至今)五个阶段,取得了巨大成就,但在发展过程中依然存在体育教育本质淡化、体育教学地位边缘化、专业人才严重缺乏、科研评价机制不完善等发展困境。在"体育强国""健康西藏"建设的机遇下,西藏高校体育要通过回归学校体育教育的本质;以学校体育为核心,多学科交叉协作;多模式、多机制完善高校体育人才队伍建设;加强体育科研团队建设等措施,大力发展具有西藏特色的高校体育。
In the past 60 years of Tibet’s democratic reform,Physical Education in Tibetan Universities has experienced five stages:rapid starting period(1959-1965),slow development period(1966-1976),comprehensive and rapid development period(1977-1994),the comprehensive reform period(1995-2008)and prosperous development period(2008-present),and great achievementshave been made.But in the process of development,there are still some development difficulties,such as the weakening of the essence of physical education,marginalization of physical education teaching status,the serious shortage of professional talents,the mechanism ofscientific research evaluation is not perfect and so on.under the opportunity of the construction of“a leading sports nation”and“healthy Tibet”,the physical education in Tibet university should return to the essence of school Physical Education;Take school sports as the core,multi-discipline cross cooperation;Multi-mode and multi-mechanism to improve the construction of sports talents in universities;Strengthen the construction of sports scientific research team and other measures to vigorously developing college sports withTibetan characteristics.
