Research on dynamic timing of traffic lights at multiple intersections

摘要 目前的道路交通灯时间多数都是采用了固定不变的配时方式和策略,无论是车流量的高峰期还是低峰期,红绿灯的时间及间隔都基本上是固定不变的,显然地,在这样的配时策略导向下,车流量多时交通灯不能合理发挥交通导向作用,车流量少时不能提高车辆的通行效率而且会造成不必要的延误。为了缓解城市交通压力,提出了一种用于一条主干线口四相位的动态交通灯配时方法,以5路口为例,利用Webster算法,求得最佳的信号配时周期和交叉口绿灯的时间,结合市场上的vissim信号配时软件,对各个信号同相位的交叉口信号配时交叉口进行了动态的优化,使交叉口的周期和绿灯时间及交叉口周期成为一个可变的参数。信号配时仿真的结果表明,与传统的信号配时控制方式仿真相比,所采用和提出的交通信号配时交叉口控制方式仿真效果更好。 Today, most of the time, fixed timing methods and strategies are used at road traffic lights. Whether during peak or low traffic, the time and interval of traffic lights are basically fixed. Obviously, under the guidance of this timing strategy, when there are many vehicles, the traffic lights can not reasonably play the role of traffic guidance, not only can improve the traffic efficiency of vehicles, but also unnecessary. Causes a noticeable delay. In order to alleviate urban traffic pressure, a four-stage dynamic traffic signal timing method is proposed for major road intersections. Taking five intersections as an example, we use the webster algorithm to find the best signal timing intersection period. The intersection time and green traffic lights are combined with commercial vissim signal timing software to make each signal cross in phase. The crossover period and the green light time and crossover period are variable parameters. Signal timing simulation results show that the simulation effect of the traffic signal timing cross control method adopted and proposed is superior to the conventional signal timing control method simulation on the market.
