T细胞亚型联合血红蛋白检测与肿瘤放疗疗效的相关性分析

摘要 目的探讨T细胞亚型联合血红蛋白检测与肿瘤放疗疗效的相关性。方法择取2017年1月—2019年12月该院收治的60例肿瘤放疗患者,依据放疗疗效将入选病例分为两组。A组31例,为CR和PR病例;B组29例,为SD和PD病例。肿瘤放疗前,测定两组T淋巴细胞亚群CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+及血红蛋白水平,比较观察两组指标差异性,分析其与患者放疗疗效的相关性。结果 A组放疗前T细胞亚型CD3^+(69.82±3.51)%、CD4^+(42.64±2.93)%、CD4^+/CD8^+(1.61±0.07)、血红蛋白(137.58±19.26)g/L均高于B组(t=5.495、5.031、2.853、5.832,P<0.05),T细胞亚型CD8^+(26.51±1.67)%低于B组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.267,P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析示,CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+与血红蛋白水平同放疗疗效呈正相关,CD8^+同放疗疗效呈负相关。结论肿瘤患者放疗前T细胞亚型表达与血红蛋白水平同放疗疗效存在显著相关性,CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、血红蛋白水平高的患者,化疗近期疗效较好. Objective To investigate the correlation between the detection of T cell subtypes and hemoglobin and the efficacy of tumor radiotherapy.Methods Sixty patients undergoing radiotherapy in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected,and the selected cases were divided into two groups according to the effect of radiotherapy.There were 31 cases in group A,CR and PR cases;29 cases in group B,SD and PD cases.Before tumor radiotherapy,the levels of CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+,and hemoglobin of T lymphocyte subsets in two groups were measured,and the differences between the two groups were observed.The correlation between the two groups and the effect of radiotherapy was analyzed.Results CD3^+(69.82±3.51)%,CD4^+(42.64±2.93)%,CD4^+/CD8^+(1.61±0.07),and hemoglobin(137.58±19.26)g/L in group were higher than those in group B before radiotherapy(t=5.495,5.031,2.853,5.832,P<0.05).The CD8^+(26.51±1.67)%of T cell subtype was lower than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.495,5.031,3.267,2.853,5.832,P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8+and hemoglobin levels were positively correlated with the effect of radiotherapy,and CD8^+was negatively correlated with the effect of radiotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a significant correlation between the expression of T cell subtypes and the level of hemoglobin after radiotherapy in tumor patients and the curative effect of radiotherapy.Patients with high levels of CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+,and hemoglobin have better short-term effects of radiotherapy.
