摘要
医学研究生教育是高层次医药卫生人才培育的主要方法,师生间能否良好交流是影响培养质量高低的重要因素之一。师生间良好的沟通是和谐师生关系的体现,对提高教学质量和临床科学研究起着重要作用,更有利于培养学生健全的人格。通过对湖北地区部分高校医学研究生与导师沟通状况进行调查分析,问卷内容包含了性别、年级以及导师基本信息,交流频率和方式,指导内容及效果和科研成果的4个维度的问题;进一步发现师生沟通交流中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策以提高研究生的培养质量。
Medical graduate education is the main method of training high-level medical and health talents,and good communication between teachers and students is one of the important factors that affect the quality of training.Good communication between teachers and students is a manifestation of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,which plays an important role in improving the quality of teaching and clinical scientific research,and is more conducive to the cultivation of students’sound personality.This article investigates and analyzes the communication between medical graduate students and tutors in some universities in Hubei.The questionnaire contains the gender,grade,basic information of the tutor,the frequency and method of communication,the content and effect of the guidance,and achievements in scientific research.We further find the problems existing in the communication between teachers and students,and propose strategies for improving the training quality of graduate students.
