摘要
目的探讨317护健康宣教平台在住院黄疸患儿家属中的应用价值。方法选取2017年6月1日-9月30日入住东莞常平医院新生儿科并符合入组条件的足月黄疸患儿80例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各40例,两组患儿住院期间给予相同的入院宣教、住院期间探视和出院指导,对照组采用面对面、电话的健康教育方式,观察组则应用317护健康宣教平台进行健康教育。在患儿入院时、入院第3天和出院时对家属进行焦虑自评量表评估;出院时对两组患儿家属进行满意率调查。结果入院时,观察组患儿家属焦虑自评量表评分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);入院第3天和出院时,观察组患儿家属焦虑自评量表评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属总满意率为95.0%,高于对照组的82.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 317护健康宣教模式是一项便捷的、快速的沟通方式,改善了家属的焦虑状态,提高了新生儿家属的满意率。同时317护健康宣教模式宣教时间灵活,加强护患之间的沟通,提升了护理服务质量。
Objective To investigate the application value of 317 nursing health education platform in the families of hospitalized children with jaundice. Methods A total of 80 full-term jaundice children who met the inclusion criteria admitted to the Department of Neonatology of Dongguan Changping Hospital from June 1 to September 30,2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group,according to the random number method. The children of two groups were given the same admission education,visit during hospitalization and discharge guidance. The control group was given face-to-face and telephone health education,while the observation group was given 317 nursing health education platform for health education. The family members were assessed with self rating anxiety scale at admission,on the third day of admission and at discharge,and the satisfaction rates of the family members of the two groups were investigated at the time of discharge. Results On admission,there was no significant difference on the self rating anxiety scale score between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05);on the third day of admission and discharge,the the self rating anxiety scale scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of family members in the observation group was 95.0%,which was higher than 82.5% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The mode of 317 nursing health education was a convenient and fast way of communication,which could improve the anxiety state of family members and improve the satisfaction rate of newborn family members. At the same time,317 nursing health education mode had flexible time,strengthened the communication between nurses and patients,and improved the quality of nursing service.
