摘要
口腔健康是全身健康的晴雨表,医生能够通过观察口腔来评估身体情况。儿童口腔保健是身心健康的关键部分,无论是家长还是各级医疗机构都要给予足够的重视。1995年我国开展的一项流行病学调查显示,有大约42%的≤12岁儿童患有龋齿。因此如何控制口腔疾病发病率,提高儿童和家属的口腔保健意识成为了许多专家学者研究的重点。本文综述了家庭教育、学校教育、儿童本身及医疗预防等方面的研究进展,深入分析社区健康教育对社区儿童相关知识知晓率和保健行为的相关性。通过全面探讨寻找出更加科学合理的健康教育形式,旨在降低口腔疾病发病率,加大社区医疗预防力度,为社区儿童口腔保健提供帮助。
Oral health is a barometer of overall health. Doctors can assess the physical condition by observing the oral cavity. Children’s oral health care is the key part of physical and mental health,both parents and medical institutions at all levels should give enough attention. An epidemiological survey conducted in China in 1995 shows that about 42% of children under 12 years old suffered from dental caries. Therefore,how to control the incidence rate of oral diseases and improve the awareness of oral health care for children and their families has become the focus of many experts and scholars. This paper reviews the research progress in family education,school education,children themselves and medical prevention,and analyzes the correlation between community health education and community children’s knowledge awareness rate and health care behavior. Through a comprehensive discussion,we find a more scientific and reasonable form of health education,aiming at reducing the incidence rate of oral diseases,increasing the prevention of community health care,and providing help for community children’s oral health care.
