摘要
曲霉菌病常发生在免疫缺陷患者。年龄因素(>65岁)、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、糖尿病、长期应用广谱抗生素、大量糖皮质激素等均是侵袭性肺真菌感染的高危因素。肺曲霉菌病起病隐匿,缺乏特异的临床表现,影像表现多样,易被误诊。本文报道北京老年医院呼吸康复科收治的1例重症侵袭性肺曲霉菌病患者,并分析其发病及诊治过程等,以提高临床医师对该病临床特征及治疗的认识。
Aspergillosis often occurs in immunocompromised patients.The age(more than 65 years old),chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,diabetes,long-term use of broad-spectrum antibiotics,and large amounts of glucocorticoids are all high-risk factofs for invasive pulmonary fungal infection.Pulmonary asperillosis is characterized by insidious onset,lack of specific clinical manifestations,varied image performance and easy misdiagnosis.This article reported a case of severe invasive pulmonary aspergillosis from Department of Respiratory Rehabilitation,Bejjing Geriatric Hospital,and analyzed the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment process,ete.in order to.improve clinicians'understanding of the clinical characteristics and treatment of the disease.
