摘要
通过室内取食选择试验确定杜鹃冠网蝽对4种不同杜鹃花品种(‘红宝石’‘大红袍’‘紫蝴蝶’‘红月’)的取食偏好性,生物化学方法测定杜鹃冠网蝽危害后4种杜鹃花品种叶组织的丙二醛(MDA)质量摩尔浓度和抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性变化。结果表明:杜鹃冠网蝽对不同杜鹃花品种叶片的取食偏好性不同,其偏好度由强到弱为‘红宝石’、‘大红袍’、‘紫蝴蝶’、‘红月’;被杜鹃冠网蝽取食后,偏好性强的‘红宝石’和‘大红袍’叶组织内MDA质量摩尔浓度大幅度提高,脂膜过氧化发生程度大,偏好性较弱的‘红月’‘紫蝴蝶’变化相对较小,脂膜过氧化发生程度较小;4个杜鹃花品种受杜鹃冠网蝽危害后,其叶组织POD活性均大幅度地增加,其增加幅度与杜鹃冠网蝽取食偏好度相反,其中‘红月’增幅最大,增加了651.76%,‘红宝石’增加率最小,为160.86%;被危害后4种杜鹃花叶组织内SOD活性都有轻微的增加,增加百分率在1.02%~6.98%,偏好度越弱(寄主抗性越强)的寄主增加百分率越大;被危害后,4种杜鹃花叶组织内CAT活性明显下降,其下降幅度顺序与取食偏好度相同,由大到小的顺序为‘红宝石’、‘大红袍’、‘紫蝴蝶’、‘红月’。由此得出,杜鹃冠网蝽对不同品种杜鹃花存在取食偏好性;不同品种杜鹃花受杜鹃冠网蝽危害后叶组织脂膜过氧化及抗氧化酶受到了影响,其中,MDA质量摩尔浓度和CAT活性的变化率与杜鹃冠网蝽偏好度之间存在一定的正相关性,SOD、POD活性变化率与杜鹃冠网蝽偏好度之间存在一定的负相关性。
The preference of S. pyrioides to four different Rhododendron cultivars was determined by indoor feeding selection test, and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) and the activities of antioxidant enzymes(SOD, POD and CAT) in the leaves of four different Rhododendron cultivars were measured by biochemical method. The results showed that the feeding preference of S. pyrioides to four Rhododendron cultivars was different, and the preference in descending order was ‘Hongbaoshi’, ‘Dahongpao’, ‘Zihudie’ and ‘Hongyue’. After the damage of S. pyrioides, the content of MDA in the leaves of ‘Hongbaoshi’ and ‘Dahongpao’ increased significantly, indicating that their lipid peroxidation occurred to a large extent, while ‘Hongyue’ and ‘Zihudie’ changed less, indicating that their lipid peroxidation occurred less. After the four Rhododendron cultivars were harmed by S. pyrioides, their POD activities increased significantly, among them, ‘Hongyue’ was the most, increased by 651.76%, and that in ‘Hongbaoshi’ was the least, increased by 160.86%. And the order of their increasing range was opposite to that of their feeding preference of S. pyrioides. The SOD activities in the leaves of four Rhododendron cultivars damaged by S. pyrioides increased slightly, with an increase percentage of 1.02%-6.98%, and the weaker the preference(the stronger the host resistance), the greater the increase percentage of the host. After being damaged, the activities of CAT in the leaf tissues of four Rhododendron cultivars decreased significantly, and the descending order was the same as that of their feeding preference. In short, S. pyrioides had a feeding preference to different Rhododendron cultivars. Lipid peroxidation and antioxidant enzymes in leaves of different Rhododendron cultivars were affected by S. pyrioides. The changes of MDA content and CAT activities showed a positive correlation with the preference of S. pyrioides, while the change rate of SOD and POD activities showed a negative correlation with the preference of S. pyrioides.
