摘要
精馏实验是一项典型的化工原理实验,设备较为复杂、操作步骤较多、投料能耗较大,因此采用虚拟仿真实验作为教学与训练补充手段具有重要意义。基于化工原理实验中的板式塔精馏实验,采用Unity 3D软件作为开发工具,构建三维交互式虚拟仿真实验系统,包含实验设备部件的快速认识、实验过程仿真交互操作、实验数据处理、操作线及梯级绘制、实验步骤训练、操作打分评价等功能,用以弥补传统实际实验的不足、丰富实验教学形式、提升实验教学体验、提高实验教学效果。
Distillation is a typical experiment for Principle of Chemical Engineering,with relatively complex equipment,lengthy procedures,and large consumption of materials and energy.Therefore,it is of great significance to resort to virtual simulation experiments for teaching and training.We applied Unity 3D package to construct the virtual simulation experiment for plate distillation,which contained functions including rapid knowing equipment components,interactive operation,data processing,data line drawing,procedure training,and evaluation,to enrich teaching means and improve teaching effect.
