摘要
本文在梳理国内护生职业成熟度的基础上,总结职业成熟度的概念及护生职业成熟度的主要测评工具、不同学习层次护生的职业成熟度水平、护生职业成熟度影响因素,并提出提高护生职业成熟度水平的建议,旨在为护理院校和护理教育者提供提高护生的职业水平的决策依据,为临床工作稳定护理队伍。
On the basis of sorting out the career maturity of nursing students in China,the concept of career maturity,the main assessment tools of the career maturity of nursing students,the career maturity level of nursing students at different learning levels,and the influencing factors of career maturity of nursing students were summarized.Suggestions were put forward to improve the level of career maturity of nursing students,so as to provide decision-making basis for nursing colleges and nursing educators at all levels and sorts to improve the professional level of nursing students and stabilize the nursing team for clinical work.
