摘要
目的明确新冠肺炎疫情对医院住院患者就诊情况的影响。方法回顾性收集某三甲医院2019年1~4月与2020年1~4月住院患者数据,分析新冠肺炎疫情对该院住院患者就诊情况的影响。结果与2019年同期相比,2020年同期全院住院人数由8642人下降至7249人,下降率为16.12%;在各科室中,住院人数下降情况最显著的是在2020年2月;住院人数在2020年3月逐渐回升,且大部分科室在4月份基本恢复到同时期水平。另外,疫情期间住院患者中儿童和老年患者所占比例有降低趋势,危重症患者所占比例有增加趋势。结论新冠肺炎疫情对住院患者影响较为显著,住院患者较2019年同期减少。另外,疫情及复工复产期间应更加关注儿童和老年住院患者。
Objective To clarify the impact of COVID-19 epidemic on hospital inpatient visits.Methods We retrospectively collected the data of inpatients in a tertiary A hospital from January to April 2019 and January to April 2020,and analyzed the impact of the new coronary pneumonia epidemic on the hospital inpatients.Results Compared with the same period in 2019,the number of hospitalizations in the hospital in the same period of 2020 decreased from 8,642 to 7,249,a decline rate of 16.12%;among departments,the most significant decline in hospitalization was in February 2020;the number of hospitalizations it gradually recovered in March 2020,and most departments basically recovered to the same period level in April.In addition,during the epidemic,the proportion of children and elderly patients among hospitalized patients tended to decrease,and the proportion of critically ill patients tended to increase.Conclusion TheCOVID-19 epidemic has a significant impact on hospitalized patients,and the number of hospitalized patients decreased compared with the same period in 2019.In addition,more attention should be paid to children and elderly hospitalized patients during the epidemic and the resumption of work and production.
