摘要
叙述了云南省腾冲县清水乡黄瓜箐泥石流的形成,泥石流流域特征和泥石流特征。对该地区泥石流的成因进行了分析,阐述泥石流形成的条件。在“坚持一切从实际出发,因势利导地利用自然条件”的思想指导下,地质灾害防治以工程措施为主、生物措施为辅,工程措施与生物措施配套举措,工程措施以拦挡为主的方针实施了拦渣坝、抗滑桩、截水沟等工程,为类似工程的治理提供了借鉴意义。
This paper describes the formation,watershed characteristics and debris flow characteristics of Qingshui Township,Tengchong County,Yunnan Province.This paper analyzes the cause of debris flow in this area and expounds the conditions of debris flow formation.In“insist on everything from set out actually,by making use of natural conditions,”under the guidance of thought,geological disaster prevention and control is given priority to with engineering measures and biological measures,engineering measures and biological measures supporting measures,engineering measures is given priority to with Landang policy implemented silt dam,anti-slide pile,such as intercepting ditch project,governance provides a reference for similar projects.
