摘要
目的探讨循证护理对鼻咽癌放疗后并发放射性皮炎患者并发症及满意度的影响。方法选取2019年1~5月江西省抚州市第一人民医院肿瘤科收治的50例鼻咽癌放疗并发放射性皮炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(25例)与观察组(25例),对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用常规护理及循证护理方法。比较两组并发症总发生率、护理总满意度及生活质量评分。结果观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预前生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组干预后生活质量评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻咽癌放疗后并发放射性皮炎患者实施循证护理的效果较好,能够有效减少并发症发生,改善患者生活质量,提高护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing on the complications and satisfaction in patients with radiodermatitis after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods A total of 50 patients with radiodermatitis after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma who were admitted to Fuzhou First People′s Hospital from January to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group(25 cases)and observation group(25 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given routine nursing and evidence-based nursing.The total incidence of complications,total nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the score of quality of life between two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of quality of life in two groups were higher than those before intervention,and observation group was higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing for patients with radiodermatitis after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma has better effects,it can reduce the incidence of complications,improve quality of life,and increase nursing satisfaction.
