摘要
玻璃钢管道在埋地工况下使用时,因地质环境的不同,极易受到地基沉降的影响。本文从天然沉降、设计、施工等方面分析了地基沉降产生的各种原因,然后基于不同的安装埋设情况论述了地基沉降情况下玻璃钢管道的受力模型。最后从事前、事中和事后等方面,给出了针对地基沉降的应对措施,证明了沉降虽然危害性极大,但是也是可以预防的,并且根据管径的变化量以及地基沉降形式的不同,在实际运行过程中玻璃钢管道基于其自身特性允许存在一定的沉降变形。
When the GRP pipeline is used under the buried condition,it is easily affected by the ground settlement due to the different geological environment.This article analyzes the causes of ground settlement from the aspects of natural settlement,design and construction,and then discusses the stress model of GRP pipe under the condition of ground settlement based on different installation conditions.Finally,different countermeasures have been presented to solve the ground settlement as per before,during and after of settlement,and proves that the settlement can be prevented even though it is very harmful,and according to the deflection of pipe diameter and the different types of ground settlement,the GRP pipeline is allowed to have certain settlement deflection based on its own characteristics in the actual operation process.
