摘要
目的探讨补肾活血方联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎并滑囊炎的临床疗效。方法选取广东医科大学附属第三医院2018年3月—2020年3月收治的膝关节骨性关节炎并滑囊炎患者90例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各45例。对照组予以玻璃酸钠治疗,研究组在对照组基础上予以补肾活血方治疗。2组患者均治疗6周。比较2组治疗前后中医症候评分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分、膝关节功能评分,并观察2组不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前2组中医症候积分、ADL评分及膝关节功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组中医症候积分、ADL评分及膝关节功能评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均未发生严重不良反应。结论补肾活血方联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎并滑囊炎可有效改善患者膝关节功能和临床症状,提升患者的日常生活能力。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bushen huoxue recipe combined with sodium hyaluronate on knee osteoarthritis complicated with bursitis.Methods A total of 90 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis complicated with bursitis were selected from March 2018 to March 2020 in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University,which were divided into control group and study group according to random number table,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate,the study group was treated with Bushen huoxue recipe on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 6 weeks.TCM symptom score,ADL score and knee joint function score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM symptom score,ADL score and knee joint function score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,TCM symptom score,ADL score and knee joint function score of study group were lower than control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Bushen huoxue recipe combined with sodium hyaluronate can effectively improve knee joint function and clinical symptoms in patients with knee osteoarthritis complicated with bursitis,improve patients'daily life ability.
