摘要
目的研究布鲁氏菌性脊柱炎患者围手术期进行多学科协作快速康复护理模式建立及临床应用效果。方法布鲁氏菌性脊柱炎手术的80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组使用多学科协作快速康复模式进行术后护理,对照组使用普通护理方式进行干预。对比2组患者的治疗效果;住院时间、花费的治疗费用和患者的术后疼痛程度;患者对护理的满意程度以及患者术后发生并发症的概率等各项指标进行具体分析。结果观察组术后所需住院时间和费用花费均少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组经护理干预后疼痛程度明显低于对照组,患者满意程度更高(P<0.05);观察组患者发生术后并发症发生率低于对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多学科协作快速康复护理模式的建立和临床应用有效减少了患者发生并发症的概率和患者的治疗成本,减轻了患者经济压力和心理影响,提升了治疗效果,增加了患者满意程度,值得广泛推广。
Objective To investigate the establishment and clinical application effects of multidisciplinary collaborative rapid rehabilitation nursing model in patients with brucellosis spondylitis at perioperative period.Methods Eighty patients with brucellosis spondylitis who underwent brucellosis spondylitis surgery were enrolled in thestudy,who were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 vases in each group.The patients in observation group were treated by multidisciplinary collaborative rapid rehabilitation nursing model after operation,however,the patients in control group were treated by conventional nursing intervention model.The therapeutic effects,and the length of hospital stay,treatment costs,the postoperative pain degree and satisfaction degree of patient with the nursing as well as the incidence rate of postoperative complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative hospitalization time and treatment expenses in observation group were significantly less than those in control group(P<0.05),and the pain degree in observation group after nursing intervention was significantly lower than that in control group,and the satisfaction degree in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).In addition the the incidence rate of postoperative complications in observation group were lower than that in control group,but,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The establishment and clinical application of multidisciplinary collaborative rapid rehabilitation nursing model can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and treatment costs in patients with brucellosis spondylitis,which can reduce the economic pressure and psychological effects,improves therapeutic effects,and increases the satisfaction degree of patients,therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
