摘要
在2017年的"中央一号"文件中,明确提出新型产业发展的亮点措施——田园综合体,作为一种新的可持续发展模式开始在全国范围内推广,其中模式各异。简单分析了田园综合体相关发展模式,或以特色产业为支撑、或以文旅结合为核心、或以农业观光为依托、或以体验经济为背景,并就各个模式发展的典型案例进行分析研究,探讨田园综合体模式的发展前景。
The No.1 central document in 2017 clearly pointed out the bright points of new industrial development,the rural complex as a new sustainable development mode,began to be built all over the country with different modes.We briefly analyzes the relevant development modes of rural complex,which were supported by characteristic industries,or centered on the combination of culture and tourism,or based on agricultural tourism,or under the background of experience economy,and we also analyzes and studies the typical cases of the development of each mode to explore the development prospect of rural complex mode.
